Associate professor of psychology at George Mason University. He is author of Curious? Discover the Missing Ingredient to a Fulfilling Life (2009). His book (with Drs. Ken Sheldon and Michael Steger), Designing the Future of Positive Psychology: Taking Stock and Moving Forward, is being published by Oxford University Press. He is an associate editor of the Journal of Personality as well as the Journal of Positive Psychology.
