Description

This paper is structured in three sections. First, this paper shares a brief refresher about Alfred Adler and some key Adlerian concepts, the author having been told that Adler has been under-represented in past Meaning Conferences. Next, it aims to connect the dots to the ways those Adlerian concepts show up in an Adlerian coaching model. Finally, it illustrates the many ways in which meaning is a golden thread that is woven throughout this Adlerian coaching model.
